The Pemulwuy development forms a major part of the renewal of Sydney’s historic inner-city precinct, delivering much-needed student accommodation within a highly constrained urban environment. BPG was responsible for delivering all core internal and external wall systems and integrating prefabricated bathroom pods across the 22-storey tower.

The Scope & Challenge
BPG’s scope included the supply and installation of internal plasterboard systems, thermal and acoustic insulation, skirting boards, Hebel wall systems, and prefabricated bathroom pods. The inner-city location and restricted access created logistical challenges that required efficient unloading and innovative material storage solutions.
